Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide only, via Australia Post.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on Australia Post Charges. Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $99. Extras applicable for Express Shipping.
How long will my order take?
Orders are packed and sent within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and Australia Post timeframes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your Australia Post tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.
Payments
What payment options do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in AUD and are the final price you pay (plus shipping, if applicable).
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available and are emailed straight to the recipient.
Can I add gift wrapping?
Yes. Tick "Is this a gift?" in your cart to add gift wrapping for $5.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Sorry about that! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

What makes your products eco-friendly?
We choose products made with more sustainable materials and less plastic, and we keep our packaging minimal. Some products might not be 100% eco-friendly but we do our best to get the best quality products. Each product will specify the material on the product page.
Are your baby products safe?
Safety comes first. Always check the age guidance on each product and supervise your little one during use.
Do you sell products for pets too?
Yes! We stock eco-friendly products for both your skinny babies and your furry babies.
